Between Lundsford and Walker. Lundsford has the better personality from a marketing stand point. Nick needs to work on that hard. He's staring at the ground, looking like a deer in the head lights when he talks to the camera. Lundsford is praising God, smiling, pulled his wife on camera to thank her.

Shrinking arms, separating abs, widening waist, glazed donut look. Ramy is in first stage Palumboism. But hey, this is "modern" bodybuilding, so it's to be expected. I hope Sampson doesn't eventually end up like this. He actually looks like a true bodybuilder and could stand on stage with the guys from the nineties.
