I pretty much do the same thing at the moment

mince beef
rice noodles
oatmeal
steak
oyster sauce
eggs

We split a pizza on Friday night but thats about it

Nuts

Occasional vegetable & salad
Have a cheat day if needed, mainly on weekend.
