haha, i have cooled it on the cardio. earlier this year i got the idea to do a 100 mile run, like those tough guys on the podcasts, oh brother… i trained for a couple months and got up to 50 miles, then decided fooook that!
after that i didn’t have much desire for long distance stuff anymore. i started the carb cycling and now i run maybe 3 miles a day average. i lift 3 days in a row, then on the fourth i like to do a bit longer run, maybe 5-10 miles.
so what are your other macros on less than 100 carb grams a day?
and how many cals do you eat daily and what's your height and weight?
i don’t really keep track at all anymore. i would say probably 3000 cals or less on days 1-3, and on my fourth carb day quite a bit more, maybe 4000-5000.
im 6’3” and haven’t weighed myself in year, i would guess 185-190.
these calorie counts may sound high, but i've always been lean and struggled to put on weight. im definitely an "ectomorph" if such things exist.
p.s., i'm surprised you're still alive. my last DM is you saying you would love to smash my face and make me cry. seems you may have been going through a dark time. i hope you are doing well these days, and we can put the animosity behind us.

thanks grape! i think i have put on a little size in my legs for sure, since i can squat better now. upper body is probably the same, but I’m a little leaner so i look maybe a little bigger in pics.

thank you sir. my diet is not that strict by bbing standards, although definitely a little autistic by normie standards. i have never used any steroids, although i guess TRT may not be too far off in the future. maybe when I’m 40?

haha, that would be quite the task! i actually did 40 pull-ups when i was in my 20s, but these days i can’t do them very well for some reason. i guess my shoulders might be a little messed up. i opt for lat pulldowns half the time, but i can definitely still crank out 20+ good ones if I’m rested. so i’ll keep this suggestion in mind.
