We've had a little run of assclown, agenda-driven, emotional, insecure pros lately.

It will be nice to have a calm, relaxed Jay on here, and should be interesting to see what he really thinks about a lot of the issues in the sport, and everyday things.

I'm lookingfwd to seeing what his favorite fast-food binge restaurant is, so I can at least imitate that part of his routine successfully!

i think Jay's time has finally come to win the big one, i was just looking through the last Olympia edition of Flex and Jay looked incredible especially from the back, i honestly think he won the 05 show.

Yeah, Ronnie had better arm vascularity, which looks great in pics, but overall, Ronnie is just disgusting to look at. With a torn tri and shrunken left arm this year, there is no reason Jay shouldn't have a chance at winning.

I agree....but Yates won with a f**ked up arm.Ronnie has always been discusting to look at in my opinion.

i agree about the arm vascularity but as far as size goes Jay is right up there with Ronnie in every bodypart now, Jay has very underrated arms and i think that he has some of the biggest arms in the sport.

Would be nice, as JC seems well liked and I can imagine many would like to hear his POV, but such a welcoming solicitation coming from a high ranking officer in GB's 'Squad' is more than a bit ironic. Ambush?

like i said before 99 percent of the SQUAD's stuff has been aimed at other assclown members not pros.
