Thanks,it does hurt  but is nothing compared to when I broke 4 of them shoveling a powdery snow and slipped on some steps that were freshly painted in the Spring with oil based paint.....I was fucked on that one,I thought I got shot.....I had a huge hematoma and my lower back felt like pins and needles for two complete years.

I`m not too bad considering.

I can`t win for losing,I get to looking good again after doing zippo for 5 whole years, then BOOM,the Gall Bladder setback,not to mention Lung Cancer.....I fell on glare ice yesterday,thought I fucked up the vertabrae in my neck as I heard a cracking sound,but it turns out I have calcium deposits there as well as arthritis in that area because of it......BUT I broke a fucking rib.....A FUCKING RIB !! 

This is the fifth rib I`ve broken in my life.

Changes nothing.....going on a cycle soon,competing next year in several contests, then the  Masters Nats after that.
