Children have fast metabolisms and need more sugar than adults. These people that don't let their kids have sugar are basically just starving their children. My son is allowed to eat whatever he wants whenever he wants. Obviously, I cook him healthy high protein meals but if he wants a piece of candy or a popsicle or a cookie he can have it whenever he wants and as much as he wants. He is high energy and I don't want to change that by starving him.
Solid parenting advice, BHANKS.
Ever think about starting your own news paper column on parenting, being a husband, and overall domestic life? Some of the topics you can cover, might include:
—how to de-escalate conflict between spouses
—handling divorce proceedings in a docile manner
—increase the amount of time spent with children
—how to feed your children a healthy diet
—anger management strategies within the family
—Psychoeducation about how to avoid domestic violence
Of course, these are just some examples.
