I'm tired of reading all the myths and silly "oldschoolfan"-like posts over the years about x bodybuilder shitting XXX amounts...
Enough is enough. Without further ado..
Just because some of you are 250lb lards of peace who do massive pyramid shits 3x a day, it doesn't mean 250lb ripped bodybuilders do too.
You should only be shitting once a day max. Anything more than that and you're doing something wrong (like overeating or you're in a catabolic state or haven't been training hard enough or have missed workouts).
Forcefeeding and eating a shitload of calories does not automatically = shitting more than a regular person IF YOU ARE BODYBUILDING (CORRECTLY).
All that excess shit (nutrients) goes into your muscles.
You ONLY shit more as a bodybuilder if/when you come off PEDs and start shrinking (or as I mentioned earlier about doing something wrong).
I call that "catabolic shit".
It's the same deal with piss. When you come off dbol or test or similar (or get ON masteron...) and start shrinking, you will piss more (yes a lot of it is excess bloat in this case).
When you haven't eaten in many hours, your stomach is empty... you will piss. Even shortly after already pissing and not drinking anything. It will be clear in colo(u)r even if you are near-dehydrated and you will most likely be thinking "why the fuck am I pissing again" and "damn my cock looks huge" while you piss. Now you know.
That is the type of piss(/situation) you want to avoid. I call it "catabolic piss". It's like you're literally pissing away your muscles.
My bodybuilding, fat loss and shit-less tip is to have some sort of repairs going on with your muscles 24/7.
To be in a constant anabolic state.
You want those excess nutrients going to your muscles and not out your ass or to your gut.
