Exactly what I said - when you use the 4+ person definition of a mass shooting, the majority of shooters are Black/non-White.

If you use the 9+ person definition, then you get a proportion more closely resembling the demographics of the USA, with 63% of shooters being White. Which is a numerical majority, but at or just below the percentage that White people are in the population.
