Not  much, besides 4,000+ a month in hotel bills on top of that. I wanted to live like a Rockstar. That lasted for about a year and now I'm rock bottom.

The alcohol made me a zombie, and I didn't care about anything else. I gambled, and the house always eventually won, like they always do.

Went to the hospital at least 6 times.  Maybe I was subconsciously trying to kill myself. You don't think I kick myself in the face of how stupid I am? What I had, what I lost.

It's hard waking up in the morning. I'm 41, and I've wasted my life. Do you know how how bad that feels?

No, I don't know how bad wasting one's life feels, nor will I ever.  One thing I do know is that life isn't over at age 41. You still have plenty of time left to give your life meaning.
