Yes, there could be discussions between her and FBI but that does not mean the FBI will truly take it up. Keep in mind nobody here or on YouTube channels has anything directly from the FBI. But it sure looks as though she thinks it is murder, for whatever that is worth. But most everybody discussing this is 6,000 or 7,000 miles away (except for Dr. Huge).

Bathroom doors here, if locked from the inside - can be opened with a screwdriver or coin from the outside. It's rare that they have key locks on bathroom doors - but you'd expect Tony to have the keys.

They have a push button or twist lock on the inside that can be locked while the door is open and then the door can be closed, leaving it locked.

The fact the door was locked doesn't mean a thing.
