Like anyone else, I was convinced the old geezer suffered some form of cognitive decline as well
Since I watched his speech at the UN in September, Im not so sure anymore.
Obviously, he is reading a teleprompter, but you have to realize this a 30 minutes long presentation.
A heavy speech he delivered flawlessly.
His body language, facial expressions and tone were absolutely perfect.
I know alot of people who work in the field of simultaneous interpretation ; when I asked them about it, they all confirmed this was no small task, even for them ( they generally get a copy of the official speeches in advance )
I can only see 3 possible explanations :
• Pant Shitter is trolling everyone
• He was medicated like a horse ( he is what ? 80 ? How much stims & nootropics can he withstand at that age ?! )
• As a 50+ years career bureaucrat, he was on autopilot mode ( structurally, these speeches are all the same, more or less )
