He is definitely being punished. But at 306 LBS, he can dwarf some top names... and if he improves even more, he will embarrass the judges if they stubbornly refuse to compare him to the top guys.

Supposedly he got the treatments.  I think Dennis James reported on it. Which maybe he did but the treatments don't work that fast. He didn't repair nerve damage and grow back muscle in the short time between the Olympia and the Arnold. He filled in the holes with oil
