FALLSVIEW FULL DAY OF EATING: PAY ATTENTION DUMMIES!

Back in the Glory Days of GetBig when there were actually more than a 100 people that posted here and the majority of them weren't bisexuals I coined the phrase, "In order to GETBIG you have to eat BIG!
This phrase was later stolen by the dead man Jimmy Panna.

In order to maintain my physique here is a typical day of eating.

5am: Fresh Cotton Candy grapes with Quaker instant oat meal-maple and brown sugar flavour.

7am: Three whole eggs, two scotch eggs and one cup of raisins.

10am: Old School Labs protein shake made with heavy cream.

12pm: Light lunch..typical house salad or garden salad.

2pm: Old School Labs protein bar

4pm: Fillet of Beef with brussel sprouts

7pm: Fries with gravy/cheese curds (only once a week) Better known as....

9pm: Sugar Smacks with a banana cut up mixed with skin milk.

10pm: Light meal while reading...usually a piece of apple pie with vanilla ice cream.


This eating protocol works for me to pack on and maintain muscle size while reducing fat. It may or may not work for you. You may need to adjust certain things, but my genetics are far superior to most people and can handle a lot of food.

I also have a Coffee Crisp bar every other day.

let me give you a quick free lesson on how to (really) get in glorious shape (so I hopefully never read another one of your diet threads again)..

- Eat whatever the fuck you want but eat/drink less calories to get leaner (assuming you're fat)
- When/after you are lean (10% bf), take PEDs to build muscle
- Up the PEDs and calories/protein as you get bigger and to get bigger, all while staying lean.
THE  FUCKING  END


DRUGS is what matters and makes all the difference. Not eating god damn Fresh Cotton Candy grapes vs/over a banana cock instead.
You think Mr.O competitors all eat identically and eat some superior magical secret diet? NO. Yet the size of their muscles and bodyfat % are very similar to one another every year and I bet their PED cycles are also very similar in terms of total mg'sgrams/iu's (lb for lb)..
Why do you think bodybuilders have gotten bigger and bigger every year? Different foods / better diets? NO. More and more (and different/better) PEDs!

Consume the ideal amount of calories and protein (overrated btw. You don't need 500g a day) for your bod and that's it. Quit obsessing over bs like types of foods, protein/carbs/fat ratios... which might make a 0.2% difference.
I eat whatever the fuck I want (usually pasta, chicken stir-fry, pizza, ham/cheese toasts and choc/fruit nut bars dipped in peanut butter) and can't remember the last time I was over 10% bf (and look 10 years younger than I am). How? Easy. I eat like a normal human.. not a fucking pig. I'm not addicted to food like most are.

Don't expect to get jacked without PEDs. Ripped and flat with 0 fullness/size and a bit of pop when flexing is all you'll achieve, best case scenario.
Ripped and small or fat and "big" or somewhere in between. No excess hormones = no excess muscles. Big artificial muscles = big artificial amount of hormones. Bigger the muscles / more mass = bigger the dose(s) / more PEDs.
