Right now I am just eating 3-4 meals a day for example this is lunch I will probably finish the rest of the taco meat (1lb) then eat some kind of chicken for dinner it looks like that is what is thawed out. Right now I am still using sour cream like I said nothing extreme right now just eating a little less and walking a little more. It will pick up as I get closer. I am still eating sour cream I did drop the soda for water

I am absolutely competing on the 23rd. I don’t have my son that weekend and weigh ins are Saturday not Sunday additionally it’s a pro am it will have a decent lineup and turn out. Also I have never been to Charlotte going to sight see Saturday and walk the downtown as my final prep

Brian you should really put these guys in there place. Take all the Photoshop pictures of you and post the actual original pictures that they Photoshopped and show them how much better you actually looked
