Good excuse for the distension, but hey you don't have distension so why mention it all the time?
You look pretty lean but way off of being rock hard, dense and granite like, also the imbalances are way worse than previous contest.

Just pulled up to the gym which reminds me that pic has no pump and a full belly the idea is to empty the belly but still get a pump so not going to do any weird diuretics want to have energy and a pump to on show day may even refeed after weigh ins depends what everything looks like another reason I have to be burning fat over carbs

Again though I think I probably look best not as but as I can get but a little fuller I can get really lean but I want to keep my fullness changing things tomorrow so will see how it develops

All I am doing right now is not bulking if I do that for a couple weeks I will lean out. When I start adjusting calories and keeping track depends on how quickly I lean out but just not bulking will lean me out for another week or two. Then I will probably increase my movement the last two weeks start walking the dog more maybe even ride my stationary bike for 10 minutes at lunch. I don’t need to do anything drastic I am lean right now
