According to bhanks himself, the lighting has to be exactly the same in both pictures, so it can’t really be a fair comparison here anyway.

Maybe this issue can be addressed in post-processing.

He was shredded in Hawaii.

No more shredded than he is now. Hi still has that smooth abs look.

His arms (and pecs) were both the same size and he had one bigger quad. That's really about it. His quads look more separated because that one is bigger and he's tanned, but he still has that same kinda separation now.

I've seen them.

He's been is pretty shredded in the pics he's posted over the last couple of year, just not as tanned. He also runs a touch up type filter over his pics which probably smooths him out and/or the process of grabbing video screencaps smooths him out.

This one time I'm gonna have to agree with Bhanky and say  "Honestly there is not much difference between the two"

Honestly there is not much difference between the two I look great in both. In 2019 I could not walk I had complete leg atrophy they are slowly coming back I posted the same pose better a week ago but of course you guys use one that is a year old

Just popping this in from the the BDB poll thread so getbig historians in decades to come will be better placed in piecing together the events of 2023 as they unfolded

I have been dropping weight  for 2 weeks I am about 215lbs right now the limit for classic is 205-212lbs depending how they height me which is annoying as I will probably have to make 205lbs to be safe regardless 205lbs is a much better weight for me than 198lbs the light heavy limit weighing that the day before is too much 205lbs should be just right 212 would be better but don’t want to be over 205 and have to go as a heavy at 210. Anyway I don’t know you guys all say I suck so maybe I should just stay home. Maybe the body can’t rebound from bulking anymore and I have perm love handles I guess I am going to find out the next 2 weeks

Good point, and a fine early example of the value for getbig scholars in having this possible turning point post contained within the same NPC thread: page 1 identifies an impulsive late night 22nd March entry point (so 23rd 'prep start') so closer to 1 wk than 2. Then again we know bhanks relationship to numbers is somewhat flexible, and he has a tendency to round up (weight, height, sets, reps) so it is on brand in a sense

Did you forget that he can "change his physiology"?

So it doesn't matter what he does up until the show.

Once he gets a day or two out he can just morph into Arnold himself.

I am glad he dropped the Gatorade from 1500cc's per day down to a maintenance dose of 300cc's per day.

That's going to be a game changer for him.

yep... I have said before, a three day water only fast would see him drop 20lbs
