In which one the skinny me? 194lbs 4 years ago my lowest weight but I had a lot less muscle than I do now I was on a cane and not even walking at the time completely atrophy I have more muscle now I am 210 in the one from today I do not plan to drop more than another 5lbs I want to weigh in at 205lbs I will then fast overnight and probably step on stage around 203lbs as I will already be empty making 205lbs actually trying to fill back out a little goal is to have balance of cuts and muscle not 0 body fat
