Actually kind of a neat program what I natural eat looks to be about right 2800 calories 144g protein and 40% fat 40%carbs 20% protein body is leaning out on this. Did a 1 mile walk and trained back and biceps. I ate about the same yesterday so will just input for a week then adjust if necessary but seem to be on pace

You aren't weighing everything so how do you REALLY know how much you're eating.

Because the app is really good it allows you to adjust for portion size also when I put a 4 ounce can of tuna plus 3 slices of wheat and 2 tablespoons of mayo. hell I knew my calories before I even used the app I told you guys I had dropped to about 3k calories and sure enough I have been 2850 2 days in a row this is simple confirmation for the idiots thinking I am just eating 10k a day simply not true I am eating 3k calories and balanced between carbs fats and protein not doing anything weird or extreme
