I try and tell you guys my diet is good and you always want to focus on one item you think isn’t the best instead of my entire diet. I am at 233g of protein today already and only at 1900 calories so far. I have had eggs and turkey and cranberry and yes bacon and tuna and chicken chili with a 1 ounce bag of Fritos. That doesn’t mean I sit around eating chips all day. I also had a glass of Gatorade and orange juice again doesn’t mean I am chugging sugary beverages and chips all day my total diet is excellent
