Why are you so afraid to weigh less than the magic number of 200 pounds that you have created in your fragile mind?

The whole idea of competing is that you should be trying to win or place as good as you possibly can by doing what it takes to do so,that might just entail weighing 185 pounds to be in top shape and shredded.

All you have done is drop some water.....you have NOT lost any fat at all in 4 weeks time eating crappy like you do,you do NOT look any better....you look smaller and your weak points are more pronounced and at the same time,you have achieved no density or hardness......and no striations,cuts,or vascularity.

You may just win since your competition looks worse than you do.

I was 230 but that was bulking my clean weight was about 220 and my dehydrated cut down weight for weigh ins is going to be 205 not that complicated or unusually combat athletes typically drop about 20lbs the last 2 weeks and 30 plus overall

Based on your height of a shade under 5'11 this gives you a bf of 8% for the ffmi to hold true
This means you had a Fat Free Mass of approx. 207lbs in Feb
