Funny thing is that I believe I was about 196 there (from what I recall).  I competed at 189lbs.  I was 7th at that show....I knew I wasn't top 5 the second we walked out on stage.  No delusion...It was a different kind of game thats for sure.

I have won best poser at 3 of my shows.  Does that mean anything?  Nope!!!

I just love that he is getting more and more pissed with every post.  The whole "what about today" is his only retort.  I am not worried about the scale...haven't been in years.  I enjoy my life and my training and couldn't give a shit if people look at me and are in awe or jealous.
