the vast majority of cross fit pro's would blitz oyu and they dont train for looks
this sport, like MMA, like arm wrasslin', like cars, just isn't for you
and I for one am over the moon
you are literally disappearing on a daily basis
if as you claim you are 208 with a gallon of water to come off you will be sub 200 and still 15 pounds. all bio-identical hormones and no base of muscle at all.
