Are you serious?  After multiple times posting videos fucking up the count?  Yes that is a lie. You did not do 12 much less 3x12. Not a mistake, a lie. And you had a video and posted it and are implying you filmed all 3 sets.

Look good here. On contest day I'd recommend wearing the posing slacks backwards. Will draw attention and judges won't focus on lagging muscle groups.

Lol you guys also think I am 58 and weigh 185lbs I was training heavier last week but just wanted to take it easy. I actually feel the rows I did in my back yesterday morning today I don’t feel the bench pressing from last night at all.

Anyway turns out you guys are correct I counted 12 when pressing but I count 11 in the video wow what a fabrication
