Ok I have had half the cake at this point again though I am right where I planned to be I hit my mark last week now I am staying within striking distance to hit it again Saturday afternoon I am not going to stay too small too long. And for duck sake Hazbin ain’t 205lbs he is not competing in classic no one is going to be any bigger or leaner than me in my division. I am going to stay around 210 until about 48hrs out.

Amazing how you have avoided renal , organ , heart , and circulation failure from the dieting and depletion you have put yourself through for this show.  A true show of discipline and determination.

Unfortunately for you, it’s a bodybuilding contest, not a forearm contest. Judges don’t look at forearms unless you’re doing the Oliva victory pose, but you have to win to do that one….

Chicken dumplings?  Stuffing?  What ever happened to clean fast digesting carbs like cream of rice, regular rice, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes or even baby food?  Who the heck eats wheat base carbs like bread and stuffing for a show, much less if they've got Crones?

For somebody who says they have Crohn’s disease and they’re shitting blood. Brian’s diet doesn’t seem like he has any of his illness. I’m guessing that’s another lie from Brian trying to get

Over 40 Classic Physique last year there was 1 guy that showed, in 2021 there were 6 guys, 2 in his class and 4 in the shorter.  In 2020 it looks like there was no Over 40 and it looks like they stuck everyone (4 total) in Over 35 becaue some look easily over 40, in 2019, the same, no over 40, just all 4 in over 35.

So they may just dump everyone in Over 35, or may dump all the Over 40s in 1 class depending on how many show.

This ain't the NFL Draft where they worry every little .01 of a second or stat.  Promoters don't really care and judges are probably more than happy to call it a shorter day.

So now, my hope is: One Over 35 class and the dumplings hitting the fan!  We'll make 200 more pages easy with his post contest I was robbed whining.
