So over the Mar 22 to Apr 14 period bhanky was rage posting 45.4 times per day (see post below), so there is our NPC Prep benchmark

Subsequent to this we have:

Apr 15: 34 posts
Apr 16: 51 posts
Apr 17: 22 posts to-date

In summary, still too early to say, not enough data points: on the one hand you had a typically robust 51 Post Bhanky yesterday, but today at only 22 so far, and taping out at 7.30am is a bit of an outlier

Could be an Accounts Payable backlog, could be rivers of blood from too many waffles, could be the Rambone Effect

Will keep an eye out

But in Bhankys' s defence, anyone saying he is not taking his contest prep seriously is just not paying attention - he has upped his post count markedly

I wouldn’t call it a battle since all he did was twist my post about vascularity and how he has none in his biceps one week out to be about forearms because that’s the only genetic gift he has. He overlooked the fact that my traps, delts, pecs, back, triceps and hair are far superior and that people wouldn’t even look at him if he was next to me at the beach. Imagine losing the bodybuilding game to multiple message board naturals who aren’t even competitive bodybuilders? Sad!
