Maybe,but I`m not sure......Dave Mastorakis told me I was at 4% one time (in the pics I posted with Brian taken outdoors).............I was ripped,but I honestly don`t know.......it`s doubtful.

I never truly cared about BF% as long as I did my homework in the gym and at the table and looked good enough to compete......homework that Hanky doesn`t do.

On March 22nd when this was posted did anyone think we'd be 4 days out discussing Bhanky's bloody diarrhea?  No matter who shows up for the Over 40 he has been eternally discredited.  Every single time over the past year when he was bulking up and crowed about how big he was and what a true heavyweight he was has been proven to be 100% bullshit. 

Stuffing?  Chicken Dumplings? Bashing Charles Arena?  And almost every day something newly ridiculous revealed.  Heck, he could claim he was going "nothing but onions" for the last 72 hours and that wouldn't make this shit any more crazy!

I am in awe at this point.  All the gear, all the bashing of others who have gone in shows and done well, all the strict curls and lies, meaningless.  It's truly Shakespearean:

No way he shows looking like this.  Some excuse will emerge Sunday am.  Maybe the dog ate his PED's, Em and him decided to go to an all you can eat brunch instead, the kid is in trouble for fighting, etc.  There will be some weak assed excuse for him not to get up in stage. 

He looks far worse than last time and this is a bigger show.   Do the math.
