Hanky hasn`t improved his hamstrings,he is just pressing his outside leg against his other leg for all he`s worth.....you can tell,it looks soft and mis-shapen as it is hardly flexed at all it`s just being mashed/pressed against his other leg.

He has this deluded mindset where he thinks that the judges will see him as that absolute best possible 1/10th of a second slice of picture from a video when he's flexing his hardest rather than how he looks in totality the whole time he's on the actual stage under those harsh lights including when he takes a breath and lets his gut out.  It's the same thing that leads him to believe all these precise possibly things will happen with his diet and body water to allow him to come in perfect.  Anyone with expereince knows it doesn't happen that way unless you're real real lucky.

It's similar to his saying "I can squat 365"  when he did it one time many months ago and could not come close now.
