Based on my current condition I do not feel a diuretic is needed nor do I feel it will help. If anyone with more exp has an opinion of it great let’s hear it. My final plan so far is just fasting today have had some fluids may eat later but haven’t yet.

Well I proved I am lean and in shape based on the prior one so no not today it’s a rest day have my son after work for the weekend won’t train again until Sunday afternoon. I will say based on my current condition I made reservations at the host hotel for a Bb show in April I am considering. I have time to cancel reservation and I didn’t register yet just thinking about it but host hotels can sell out and you want to be at it because that is where they do the tanning at 6am

Just thinking about doing the over 40 only as it’s a bigger show Pro Am and actual gets a decent turnout. Not planning to cut any weight this time maybe 5-8lbs tops as I let the digestive system empty the day prior to prevent any bloating. Would like to come in around 220 but April is a long way away will see.

Need to do a show to qualify for national or the amateur O anyway

I was fucking peeled but thought I was way too small ..so I didn't do the show .. paid my entry fee / weighed in all that shit!  I regretted it while I was sitting in the auditorium watching my class! what class is he doing? He'd stand no chance in classic or physique, those classes are absolutely stacked, his best bet is open bodybuilding whatever weight class he falls in, they'll be like 8-10 guys tops. Physique/classic 20-30 plus a class.

I told you guys what class I was entering from day one not cherry picking anything over 40 classic is my division and I already saw 2 guys in it that look like IFBB pros
