Jay is the second wealthiest bodybuilder in history ( I dont mean Ferrigno's money ) the guy is seriously loaded..

with no kids at 50 who's getting his money

Apparently he wants the money to go towards a gold statue of his famous quad stomp pose from 09.

I hear he is opening his own gym and gonna film it and promote it every chance he gets. 'Jay Cutler's Ground zero for health and fitness'
If you wanna lose a few pounds or if you wanna prepare to be Mr Olympia. this is the place.

The gold statue will probably find a home there somewhere safe,
