The funny part- or actually the truly disgusting part- is in terms of charging people with 'hate crimes' it's inverse to the statistics posted here.White's are something like 600% percent more likely to be charged with 'hate crime.' While the law, cops, prosecutors balk at the idea of charging blacks with this offense. Where thats problematic is the addition of 'hate crime' turns minor misdemeanors into felonies , even worse in some instances it turns free speech into a felony.I submit that everysingle act of vandalism and violence committed by the BLM/ANTIFA protestors should've been charged as a hate crime. Since it was all racially motivated. Racial motivation is what turns a crime into a hate crime.
In New York City, most charged with hate crimes are black and Hispanic. This is because these two groups commit virtually ALL the crimes.
