I’m always back and forth with it.

Maybe my thinking he was just an extremely foolish individual is simply my young self not wanting to believe he was diddlin’ it up. Not that I’m a big fan or anything, but still, the phenomenon of MICHAEL JACKSON is so intrinsically linked to my generation and the glorious eighties, that to “go there” actually brings heartache.

What a damn shame all ‘round.

He was a child molester .

My generation also. That doesn't alter what he was & did.
Hope he died a slow agonising death.

Lets say the MJ was indeed a child molestor...
Should the parents of the children also be held accountable? What sane individual lets his child stay in the house of MJ?

The 80s were such an amazing time to experience and there was certainly no shortage of talent and greatness that Michael Jackson's absence would have been insignificant. He was a creepy and disturbed person.

Agreed, they are responsible for their kids, no sane parents would let their kids sleep in some creepy weirdo's house.

Those parents selling their children to him are as despicable or worse than he .

Didn't Oprah have a show/special about victims of Michael Jackson, which aired long after he died?

I believe she had something like 5-15 people on the show, all adults by the time of airing, who had claimed to be victims of Michael Jackson when they were children.

It wasn't just one person, if I recall correctly. I only recall the comments by one man - but from what I remember, there were several/many guests on the show that day who claimed to be abused by Michael Jackson. They would have been around 30-40 years old at the time.

Does anyone else remember this? I absolutely do NOT watch Oprah [or have cable], so I must have saw it online or possibly at a friend's house.

I like some of his music, but I think the court docs said a kid knew what his private parts looked like.

That means guilty..

pretty sure that was "leaving neverland", she appears at the end of it

i think he's guilty, he had the mind of a child but the sex drive of a man, no man would otherwise want to sleep in the same bed with kids

but those guys deserve nothing, they denied abuse when MJ was still alive and on trial

GUILTY.

A grown man invites children for sleep overs and they sleep in the same bed.

Fuck me, on what planet could someone think that is normal?

That was pretty close, Earl! I remember hearing about that documentary "Leaving Neverland" now - and Oprah then did a special called "After Neverland". They discuss it here:

https://globalnews.ca/news/5022411/after-neverland-interview/

Also, Macaulay Culkin explains the reason why kids "slept in Michael Jackson's bedroom" in the video below - he said that Michael Jackson's bedroom is basically a house in and of itself, so it really wasn't so strange hearing it described like that. Macaulay Culkin speaks very well, and perhaps the same could not be said of Michael Jackson.

I voted "was innocent" for two reasons:

[1] My preferred poll option would have been "I don't know / Unsure", but that option wasn't available.

[2] Even though there is a lot of speculation and anecdotal evidence, this matter hit the legal world twice - once around 1993 which was settled out of court, and once again in 2004 when Michael Jackson was found Not Guilty.

Macauley Culkin [in the video above] was right about this point: if someone sexually abused your child, would you settle for some money? I'd want that person to go to jail.

And when the second matter actually did go to court, Jackson's guilt was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. That's not an insignificant outcome.

One thing I heard in the news at the time is that if Jackson was truly guilty both times, he would  have continued this pattern in the years between 1993 and 2004, because pedophiles don't just take decade-long breaks like that. So the implications there are very bad, if Jackson truly was guilty those two times.

It's important that we stand for fair trials for EVERYONE. Take that away, and we have dictatorship. But sometimes the court of public opinion is onto something, and Jackson having multiple accusers is suspicious to me.

So I can't be certain of Jackson's innocence...but I can't be certain of his guilt either. So I'm in the "Unsure/Undecided category if there was one - but I take insinuations of guilt very seriously, which is why I voted "was innocent".

Oprah is a child trafficking scumbag pedo. I have a feeling Michael was framed and executed for trying to save kids from being raped and sacrificed in elite pedo rituals.

If he's cuddling with little boys, but not touching them sexually then he'd be considered innocent right?

If he's cuddling with little boys, not touching them sexually, but disappearing into the bathroom to jerk off he'd be guilty.

No man who puts himself in the situations Jacko did can be considered innocent.
