I am assuming that, if you “disappear”, you would want to settle down in one place. Whether the currency exchanges ID you or not, you would still become very conspicuous in that community if you had lots of loose dollars to constantly change. If you maintain a bank account where you draw via ATM, your monetary life is fully tracked. Even with a new identity, it seems like this would present risks too. My advice: stay at home here in US.
You can live invisibly and cheap in the US as anywhere else.
