About Stephen Paddock?  I believe you are mistaken.  I followed the event pretty closely and have been keeping tabs on it and I dont recall anything of the sort.  Plenty of that kinda stuff for other white mass shooters but Stephen Paddock was notable for the lack of motive

there is no such thing as "white supremacy" just a buzzword created by JEWISH supremacists that like to accuse their enemy of everything they are guilty of

I did find quite a few stories about him being fixated on what one article called  the "three pillars of right-wing extremism: anti-government conspiracy theories, threats to Second Amendment rights, and overly burdensome taxes".  Apparently he also wanted to stage some big event to wake people up to these perceived threats but I didn't find any stories about him being motivated by white nationalism or white supremacy.

Whenever one of these mass shooting events happen the media (along with society in general) tries to understand the motivation of the shooters. 
This inevitably leads to looking at their social media posts (if any) and there are often legitimate cases where the shooter is motivated by white nationalism, racism, etc.. but I'm not seeing it in this case

Thats true. But the media tend to focus on the most demonized aspect of their life, regardless if it was the actual motivation. One example is steroids, if a guy completely loses his shit and takes out his family and it turns out he used steroids then that would be the blame. Or if a guy belongs to a smaller/uniqe religion. Or has a porn collection. Remember when Quake and Doom were blamed for Columbine and Judas Priest was blamed for a handful of suicides in the 80's? They will always blame the thing most likely to grab headlines.

The reality is these people are mentally ill. And mental illness has been normalized.

Look at this asshole who was choked out on the subway. He's such a hero now, such a victim, such a saint. Bullshit he's the bum who slapped a woman or got in your face or snatched a purse the night before.  There's a video of him hitting some guy and calling the guy a homo. You can't criminalize mental illness, but then when one of these fuckers snaps there's the articles that read "police were warned about shooter but did nothing"
