I felt it was a good exp and I learned a lot. I feel I will be better prepared next year.

I gave my body a rest the last 2 weeks. Now I am slowly starting to train keeping it light with high reps then will increasing the weight and intensity as I reacclimate. I have a few different ideas. One being I plan to prioritize decline bench over flat and incline. Less stress on shoulder better overall activation of chest. Additionally, I plan to lean back my bench on leg extensions and keep up the hamstring curls and add in some abductor exercises. Again, more activation better range of motion. I noticed when doing standing curls my knee was bothering me so need to start using my bike again during my lunch break as well. And of course getting pool opened this week so can start some swimming this weekend if chemicals are right by then

Smart move, 225x15-20 is out of your grasps.

These new training principles you are exploring should change your body comp 10x.

Reducing the weight and stopping the ego lifting is key to longevity.

Dude smart bodybuilders understand that sometimes you have to take 2 steps back to make a giant leap forward. Like I stated earlier, your body will respond immensely to PEDS when you're healthy, when your organs aren't under stress, when your immune system is strong, when your adrenals are healthy, low cortisol levels. Smart bodybuilders make huge progress in off-season when they're able to drop the dose, up the quality meals/calories,  dialing back training and focus on recovering, priming their bodies so when it comes time to get precontest and jump on a cycle they blow up.
