I'm not sure bro I haven't benched in a while

Just recently I took a full 2 weeks off from training and I didn't lose any strength and in fact I gained strength on my DB side laterals

Strange shit

Fuck training - where are all the swinging stories Broseph?  Throw me a bone here (just don't rest it on my lower back)

Just a few days ago I shouldered a guy on the street and he said some shit the me so I went back to him and got.in his face and looked him in the and said fuck off dude

He was about my age but I could tell he was weak with flabby arms and short so don't know.why but I had some sympathy towards him and I just let it go

If I was in full mania don't know if I would have done the same but at least I learned I'm not a sociopath and I actually have some empathy

Anyways my second leg wound is the size of a pin hole so not completely shut yet

The doctor said I have to wait 1 to 2 after it shuts before I can train legs again but I just kinda know I would never train them long so

My arm is only 15;1/4 but my waist went down from 29 1/2 to 28 1/2 so I want to keep it there or even take it down the 28 but get my arm up to a very lean 16 which is most likely the biggest it can be if I stay very lean

Yeah it was just to 16 in January but my waist was like 32 inches so not acceptable

And I'll right I'll confess my legs are 20 1/2 inches I just measured them on Friday but they were 24 inches when I trained them on the regular

You can probably max all of them out I bet

Today I did close grip barbell bench and then machine bench and I got a much better/muscle contraction/muscle involvement from the machine

The stack is 247.5 and I did 187.5 for 5 so I'm gonna work on stacking it out, while sticking with 5 rep sets as they work the best for.me, and see if it makes my chest delts and tris bigger

Arthur Jones said that once your strength levels.reach a certain point you should go to high rep work on those lifts with the same weight to avoid injury,

Still amazed that Casey V squatted 500 for 12 full reps deep squats after going to failure on the leg press and leg extension

Zane"s best full squat was 405 for 10

WTF How is everyone just ignoring this? This dude is taking more gear than me how is that even possible? Can DJ eat something already??? Dude is 157lbs with 15 inch arms training twice a day losing size on serious gear. And he just took 10 days off he should have put on 15lbs not training for 10 days
