The OHS isn't direct shoulder training...but as I said you need good mobility and strength of the shoulders to do them. Both of which you are lacking...severely. I do strict, kipping,and butterfly. So? I do have a stronger pullup then you. I am about 195lbs...I could add 100# to me and get more reps than you at 225 adding 70#. Math is NOT strong suit...as we have established on this board MANY MANY times over and over. (225x13 = 15....etc)
