How brutal a workout is depends how much intensity you put into it not the amount of reps sets or exercises you guys doing 3 exercises of 10-12 reps that you half ass is not as good as doing 5-7 sets of 20 reps of one exercise with full concentration I stand by that
I see your guys workouts half the shit you post is just killing time and doesn’t go together at all you are not feeling the exercise you are not using progressive resistance but you think it’s a great workout because you did more exercises. You think I haven’t done workouts with more exercises? Concentrating feeling the muscle and progressing is more important it’s not about doing a thousand exercises once it’s about doing one that works a thousand times. Also fyi Studies have shown leg extensions to be more effective than squats for leg growth
1) You "standing" anywhere is suspect because at any time your frail knees could 'slip' and you will not be walking
2) Love how you now can assess how things "go together" as if you have any appreciable knowledge on training. Your gains are from a bottle...plain and simple. Self admitted ectomorph who got on test 20+ years ago and now thinks he knows how to train

4) Studies...here we ago again...when it suits you, you default to them. When they contradict you they are bullshit because some "PhD with 14in arms isn't going to tell you how to train". The leg is the ENTIRE area from below the hip to the knee. Show me ONE study that shows the leg extension works all the hamstring muscles.
5) The leg extension is an open chain exercise and single joint exercise. Some of us aren't cripples and can do closed chain multi-joint / compound exercises.
