I am simply getting my strength back. I am not trying to do anything astronomical. I don't think that is unreasonable based on where I am now and where I have been previously.
Many many moons ago I benched 425 at 180 bw
and later 480 at 195bw
If & when you can bench press similar weights at such bodyweight in a proper
Power lifting competition - I will definitely 100% give you all the Praise you Deserve
Until such time I'm not impressed with a self proclaimed " I'm a big strong man"
benching 1.3 x body weight -
