Little under the weather was only 216lbs this am and my lymph nodes are swollen with a sore throat. Still though I do more than just strict curl. But yeah I have a torn pec so not going to compete n Bench press but here is a casual 315lbs yeah I could clean it up a little will do next time but first time I tried this in a while. Wanted to get a base level prior to my hernia surgery so I know when I have fully recovered. Tried to make a point of locking out then hit the thing between the rerack height options. I think I probably have 325 in me but regardless pressed 315lbs today
I weighed 216 yesterday morning due to a cold also that wasn’t a max and considering I had a bad pec tear and I am 45 years old that’s pretty good
I've got my kids from now until September and Prohpecy gym is too much of my day to put them through- an hour travel each way, an hour lifting and an hour post workout chatting and eating means 4 hours a day. so as a change in pace have joined a sports direct gym at the bottom of my road.today did backWide pulldown 4 x 12Straight rope pulldown 3 x 15Seated Row 4 x 12Seated one arm row- 3 x 12Dumbell Row 3 x 12Shrugs 3 x 12 Face pulls 3 x 12Hyperextensions 2 x 25This place is shite compared to the gym- students on phones texting and queuing- 6 sets on the bench with 4 of them dumbbells left outplates left on stuffbut got to suck it up for 4 weeks.only benefit is it has a pool so swam 800m after which almost killed me. then a sauna and jacuzzitired
