Dosed up on Tramadol now, just keep moving around, went gym trained legs
Leg extension leg curl and single leg leg press
Just did lots of reps with moderate weight
Last leg session before Sunday show
Carb up from tomorrow
Going to end up almost 14lbs heavier this show than last November
Hopefully the fullness with count with the judges
They score the posing round at PCA classic so hopefully I can claw some points there
