10 sets v bar pushdowns stack x60,50,45,40,stack+45x15-20s.
8 sets Reverse wrist curls 45lbs sets 20-60.
Superset
8 sets rotary calf sets 10-50.
Felt damn strong today. That was after working almost 12 hours.
I was gonna bench to see what I could do for the Hankins bench thread but when I grabbed the bar for a regular bench press the shoulder was aching after the curls but I did do a narrow grip bench set with 195 and got 45 reps.
