Lots of heavy singles how wide is your stance? Are you wearing flat or raised heal shoes? What kind of rep range after the singles on the working leg press sets? Extensive workout
If you are indeed Brian, I will answer..
Stance is shoulder width.
Shoes = Adidas squat shoes (just got 'em and love the stable base).
Reps on other exercises are 8-12 w/ some maximizers (rest-pause, etc).
Me lower back cant handle a heavy bar on my shoulders anymore so wticking with low-reps and singles to try to stay in the game if I can..
SQ, DL, Bench = all 5/3/1 type rep ranges...
