over the last 5 weeks i've added 3 inches to my chest 1.5 inches to my delts but my arms are the same
i hurt my bicep doing heavy pec deck and it's still fucked up so i can't really train biceps so i guess my bis shrunk and my tri are bigger
some peptides supposedly heal minor muscle injuries so i guess i could look into them big my major focus is on increasing width and pec delt and tri size so i'm not so bothered about the bi injury
my best ever bench was 245 for 6 on 100 mgs drol (weak as fuck lol but i weighed buck 65-70 same as now) my best behind neck press was 135 for a double and i'll press 135 on saturday so i'll see if i can set an all new pr and i'm pretty sure i will
oh and this press will be after barbell bench and when i did the 135 for a double it was my first lift
