Currently doing upper/lower days at home at the weekend and push/pull/legs at gym through week, missed training at home to be honest sometimes wish I’d never joined a gym haha
Bench press 3x5
Weighted Wide grip chin 3x5,5,7
Military press 3x5
Barbell row (torso parallel to floor)3x5,5,11
Lying barbell extension 3x5,5,13
Barbell curl 3x5,5,8
