side raise/ press machine- 5 supersets 1 x20, 1x 15, 1 x12, 1 x 10 final set triple drop both movements- fried in about 15 minutes
dumbbell front raise- hammer grip seems to activate my front belt split better 3 x 12
one arm Cale rear delts standing 4 x 12
panatta t-row shrug 4 x 10 increase in weight each set- c Ouldnt go too heavy as cracked 3 ribs doing muay thai on Saturday. ouch
