If I do one or a thousand pull ups how is that a loss? Was I in some kind of competition or just doing a couple pull-ups? There is no such thing as bad exercise.

It's a 2 year old video and again I was trying to see my back detail not reps. If I just wanted reps I would narrow my grip. I would also use a narrower pull up bar and go much faster with a slight kip. Not what I was trying to do. When I train I make the correct muscles do the work. I would rather do half a dozen proper pullups than 100 crossfit bullshit any day of the week.

When it looks like I`m spent during a set, and my training partner thinks I`m done,I squeeze out 3-4 more reps cuz I have a reputation as a hard training muthafucker which is just what I am.....that`s how I know I`d bury you in any workout....on any bodypart cuz I seek out the fucking pain,open the door,let it in and then beat the shit out of it.

I can`t count how many fucks thought they could last with me then they mysteriously stopped showing up....my theme song was "Another One Bites The Dust"

I used to train with this 23 year old skin head psycho and after every workout I`d say to him........"How`s it feel to have an old fuck like me train you into the ground.....he never looked at me but his standard reply was..... "Fuck you old man.....see ya` in the morning".... as he crawled upstairs after doing legs......one of the few that actually hung with me.....just on pure hate as he hated everyone!  :D

Good back training today, barbell rows 180kg,160kg, pull ups (2 x 10 with 20kg plate, 1 x 15 bodyweight), dumbbell rows on incline bench, one arm machine row with stack, two arm machine rows with 2 second squeeze, lat pulldowns. 21 working sets.

When have I ever done 3 sets of leg extensions again nonsense I train 5 sets minimum then I do 25-30 reps a set sometimes and you keep acting like I am doing 3 sets of 10
