Well I did 5 and it wasn't a struggle it was also ultra wide on a large bar but again look at the back muscle I am clearly strong and in shape

When have I ever done 3 sets of leg extensions again nonsense I train 5 sets minimum then I do 25-30 reps a set sometimes and you keep acting like I am doing 3 sets of 10

My legs, back, triceps, and delts look great. I have one torn pec. I still train chest and I am still stronger than you.

Poor Brians only half decent bodypart is his left bicep which is the result of a tear

Everyone has a dominant arm. My right arm has had surgery I did have to get it reattached about 20 years ago. I also injured the right pec and could not train it. Having said that I have brought it back to a degree. I don’t think it is accurate to say my right arm sucks. Today is arm day so will pump them up later.

I don't the right tricep tore off the bone it was reattached at the elbow that is the difference between the arms the right tricep now has a lower attachment at the elbow that is what gives it a weird look at elbow as tricep doesn't sweep out underneath as the tricep is attached a little higher now. But the bicep is fine. I have a 6 inch scar across my elbow

Haven't done single leg presses in so many years I forgot about them but I've never experienced issues with the ribs. Interestingly enough, a quick search shows a several people had ribs pop during leg press. Did you go too low or too fast or at a weird angle?

The 30 rep seated calf raises are a bitch, as are all high rep sets for calves.

Take a decade I don't do single reps on any of the so called big 3 lifts you are still never going to be stronger than me in this lifetime. I will make it easy on you. I will send your broke ass 200 cash if you can perform 5 solid wide grip pull-ups it will never happen. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and I have torn my right pec 3 times and I have had my left tricep sheared off completely and surgically reattached in addition to a surgically cut left bicep tendon not reattached and tennis and golfers elbow both sides. You are still never going to be stronger than me. I don't even do deadlifts or squats I have titanium bolts in both knees and no meniscus and bone on bone stage 4 arthritis all 4 quadrants both knees. I will still squat and deadlift more than you without even training those movements. Despite all of it  I am shockingly strong right now

and after denying any issue with his left bicep  which gives it its peak as opposed to his right
