.75-1cc twice a week so 300-400mg although twice a week is more like twice every 10 days recently. It's like with all things less is more. I am just staying light healthy and athletic weight for me not pushing calories or supplements planning a surgery. Feel good at this weight for the summer beach season. Also my stomach just feels better eating less. I promise after I get pec fixed I will bulk again just not right now. I am training my strength is good I am even doing trap deadlifts now with the nice weather.

That's fine it's just not TRT.

Weighted chins 5 kg added for 5 reps too easy so went to 10 kg (22 pounds) and got 5 till failure

These are full range chins start at rock bottom fully stretched and hold peak contraction at the top for a second or two and lower under control to the fully stretched position repeat for 5

Goal is 40 kg (roughly 90 pounds) for 5

Pretty confident I can hit this and once I do maybe I'll finally have 16 inch arms at near contest condition

Watching calories very carefully so I don't bloat up or blow my waist out must stay very vigelent with this

Lat pulldown 180 for 5 lost a rep here which sucks fucking ass but more important is the biceps, the stack on this fucker is 300 pounds don't think I'll be maxing that out although I bet robcguns could pound out 50 reps with it💪💪💪

Finished with seated DB hammer curls 18 kg for 9 and 20 kg for 5, max bell is 50 kg

What does your test measure at 400mg per week? There must be something wrong with your body if you need that to be at the upper end of physiological.

Van b said it will mostly be neural adaptations for the first 6 weeks or so and no real muscle gains from it til after 6 weeks but I hope to hell he's wrong

I've done chins off and on for years so it's not like I've never done them before so I'm thinking the neural adaptations won't take as long as 6 weeks maybe 2 or 3 weeks max but time will tell

I had 16 inch arms back in December but my waist was 32 inches and I was like 10% bodyfat so that 16 inches don't count

Measurements only count when you are 5-6% which I am now

And fuck off with that aneroxia horseshit you're clearly jealous that you can not achieve my level of conditioning

I plan to keep this level while I take my arms to 16, hell I may even get more condition in the process

If one overeats they just get fatter dummy but your bigorexia won't let you understand this absolute truth

But there are many factors to consider in my current case like the fact that I had 16 inch arms last December but at a fat 10% plus the fact that I only trained 2 times over the last 4 weeks before I started.back on Friday and that I was very calorie depleted as well as I went on a crash diet of milk, casein and tuna for like 5 days to shrink my waist down to 28 1/2 which I am holding nicely since I'm not overeating

Lots of these guys nowadays do carb cycling but I'm doing more like calorie cycling 5 maintenance 1 high and 1 low

Haven't figured out my maintenance calories yet but seems to be around 2000

Roman Fritz actually fasts one day a week says it is really helping him to keep his waist tight and small
