I love training mainly as a tool to keep me right, I am also considering going back on a bit of test in December for the same purposes not because I have lost some size and strength which sucks but for a more positive head, my thoughts have been very negative at times lately.
For best bodybuilding results, are you a low, medium or high volume guy?
If testosterone testing was as easy as glucose monitoring I'd consider going the more natural route for a bit, with supplements and drugs that only enhance natural production. Even low dose true TRT isn't physiological since the levels don't really change through the day.
It may have nothing to do with test. I've been much more cynical and negative lately as well. I think we all have been.
I've heard even serious competitors how good they feel mentally after a cycle, like a load off their shoulders. But usually in a few months they start missing it again
