Crushed it this week. 
You always do, dude. In my prime, I trained very hard -- or at least, I thought I did (almost exclusively Dorian style from 13 to 35, with many years of DC routines on the tail end, before a semi-botched gut surgery left me with a huge hernia and I had to retire from training and competing...I hope to get the hernia fixed and resume training, but I will have to pay for it out of pocket :/ ).
But what you do goes beyond just bodybuilding training. You're strong AND highly mobile and fit overall. Respect, dude.
